An obsession with what holds your food.
Raytek was founded in 2003, starting from a single forming machine and two decades deep in the craft of thermoforming. We believe good packaging is more than a container — it decides how fresh, safe and presentable food arrives at the table.
Today, Raytek containers ship from Dongguan to North America, Australia and markets worldwide, with fast, reliable regional support from our Los Angeles warehouse. From clear PET salad clamshells to fully degradable BBM bamboo-fibre trays, we keep writing material, craft and sustainability into every single box.

Raytek founded
Started in Liaobu, Dongguan, focused on food-grade thermoforming.
2008
Class 100K clean room
Built a Class 100K dust-free workshop, engineering food safety into the floor.
2012
Automated-line expansion
6 pressure-forming lines + 7 vacuum thermoformers — 13 automated lines in all.
2014
Exporting to the West
Passed BRC and BSCI audits, supplying the US, Canada and Australia.
2019
Los Angeles warehouse
Opened a regional warehouse in the US for 24-hour response in North America.
2022
BBM degradable R&D
Bamboo-fibre, bagasse and corn-starch degradable materials reach production.
